He is currently responsible for research and consulting across asset classes. He has led and executed numerous research and consulting assignments, including market research studies, feasibility studies, business location advisory, and asset valuations for various investment banks, real estate funds, and developers.

Saurabh Bhutani is the part of Savills India’s Research and Consulting practice, where he brings a solutions-driven approach to research and advisory for diverse clients. With nearly two decades of experience, he has successfully led consulting assignments, government advisory projects, and project management initiatives across India and internationally. Over the course of 18 years, his professional journey has spanned infrastructure advisory, government consulting, strategy consulting, and credit risk management. He has overseen the end-to-end execution of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects in collaboration with government authorities, international financial institutions such as the Asian Development Bank and the World Bank, and private sector partners. In addition, he has advanced infrastructure credit risk solutions across sectors including transportation, healthcare, renewable energy, and data centers.
