Joachim Kehr is a Partner and Portfolio & Regional Head AsiaPacific at CenterSquare Investment Management. Joachim joined CenterSquare in 2011 and is based in Singapore. He is Regional Portfolio Manager for CenterSquare’s listed real estate securities funds, having previously held primary coverage of real estate equities in China, Japan and Australia. Joachim brings close to two decades of investment management experience to his role. He holds a master’s degree in Economics from Tilburg University, The Netherlands. Prior to joining the firm, Joachim was a member of BNP Paribas Asset Management’s listed real estate team, based in Amsterdam and Singapore.

Ms. Pattarkine is an Investment Strategy and Lead ESG Analyst for CenterSquare Investment Management. She joined the team in 2017 and focuses primarily on top down analysis, research and product development, and is an active member of the public side research effort. She also has accountability for ESG integration at the firm. Prior to joining CenterSquare, Ms. Pattarkine spent three years in corporate strategy and planning at ExxonMobil in Houston. Ms. Pattarkine graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with Interdisciplinary Honors and High Distinction and holds a BS in Finance with a minor in International Business, BS in Accounting, and Master of Accountancy. She is a CFA charter holder and member of the CFA Institute.
