Shridhar N. is the Group Director, CEO –Infrastructure (Industrial & Logistics), and Chief Investment & Strategy Officer at Nidar - Hiranandani Group. He has been instrumental in institutionalizing the Hiranandani Group.

With more than 30 years of experience, he is an expert in the execution of complex transformational initiatives for top companies with clear focus on driving profitability for organizations by spearheading their evolution from conservative business models to a more process driven and customercentric models that streamline and align business functions.

He incubated and created the Pan India platform “GREENBASE” for Industrial & Logistics infrastructure business, a major diversification strategy of Hiranandani Group. He was the originator of the largest PE deal in Indian real estate valued at over $1 billion driving and executing the monetization deal from inception till final hand over of assets.
