Tony Nakamura is a former Representative Director of Canadian Solar Asset Management K.K. (“CSAM”) He joined CSAM as Chief Investment Officer in 2016 and he was promoted to Representative Director in 2019. He is also Executive Director of Canadian Solar Infrastructure Fund, Inc., a listed infrastructure fund on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Prior to joining CSAM, he had held senior positions at International Healthway, Tokio Marine Asset Management, Ishin Hotel REIT Management, Millea-Real-Estate, Charles Schwab Tokio Marine Securities, Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance and Yamaichi Securities. He is a professional with broad experiences and expertise in acquisitions, asset management, sales & marketing and fund-raising. He is a graduate from the Faculty of Commerce & Management of Hitotsubashi University, Japan and received MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, USA.
