REIT Markets Reveal the Future is Alternative Real Estate

Ms. Pattarkine is an Investment Strategy and Lead ESG Analyst for CenterSquare Investment Management. She joined the team in 2017 and focuses primarily on top down analysis, research and product development, and is an active member of the public side research effort. She also has accountability for ESG integration at the firm. Prior to joining CenterSquare, Ms. Pattarkine spent three years in corporate strategy and planning at ExxonMobil in Houston. Ms. Pattarkine graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with Interdisciplinary Honors and High Distinction and holds a BS in Finance with a minor in International Business, BS in Accounting, and Master of Accountancy. She is a CFA charter holder and member of the CFA Institute.

Mr. Kehr is Regional Head, AsiaPacific for CenterSquare Investment Management. He joined the firm in 2011 prior to which he spent four years with BNP Paribas Investment Management as a member of their listed real estate team in both their Amsterdam and Singapore offices. Mr. Kehr hold a MSc in Economics from the University of Tilburg, The Netherlands and Peking University, China.
