Rohini is responsible for driving business growth, product innovation, and leading meaningful discussions with clients on complex real estate strategies. With more than 20 years of strategic consulting and transaction experience working from bases in India, Hong Kong, and Singapore, Rohini has championed several product, technology, and organizational design initiatives that are established as global best practice standards.

She has also led strategy and transformation programs for large occupiers across the region, including the evaluation of labor, economic incentives, retail strategies, and location and demographic studies, driving significant cost and space savings for clients.

Udit is the lead for Location and Labor Analytics in the APAC region and is part of the Leasing Services business. He oversees client engagements across APAC, focusing on six core areas: global location strategies; country and city selection and expansion strategies; near-shoring and offshoring decisions; headquarter and regional portfolio selection and optimization; talent benchmarking and assessments; and economic incentives.

Overseeing a team of regional labor experts, GIS specialists, data scientists, and consultants, Udit has advised on hundreds of projects for a wide variety of clients, ranging from start-ups to global investment funds and Fortune 500 companies.
