Potential of InvITs in India

He has been part of the Investment Banking Coverage team at Axis Capital for the past 5 years, covering the real estate sector and also leading the practice on REITs. He has worked with majority of the real estate companies on various fund raising and advisory transactions. Prior to Investment Banking, he spent a decade in Axis Capital’s research department as the lead analyst covering real estate and infrastructure, where he has been ranked as a leading analyst by various bodies.

Previously, he was working with HDFC Ltd across various verticals such as operations, marketing and business development. He holds an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai.

He is part of the Investment Banking Sector Coverage Team at Axis Capital for last 5 years, covering REITs/InvITs , Real Estate and Consumer sectors. He has worked on many transactions across sectors including some of the listed InvITs and REITs. He has previously worked with Motilal Oswal Financial Services as a Management Trainee across Private Equity, Asset Management, Investment Banking and Institutional Research divisions. He has also worked with Samsung India Electronics as a software developer on their Smart TVs.

He holds an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai and a BTech in Computer Science from National Institute of Technology, Bhopal.
