Mr. Mineta has 17 years of experience at Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance company (previously Meiji Life Insurance) in New York and Tokyo where he managed a 1.5 trillion JPY multi-strategy real estate portfolio (buy, hold, and sell). He served as one of the founding members of AMB Property Japan (now Prologis) where he was the Representative Director and built the asset management arm of AMB Property Japan – which oversaw a portfolio of 30 properties that are valued at +150 billion JPY. Up until this point, Mr. Mineta has been the Chairman & CEO for over 10 years at KIC group companies including KIC Asset Management – an industrial real estate development & asset management company.
