Marc-Antoine Bouyer is a Partner and Head of Acquisitions in the European Real Estate group and is based in London.
Prior to joining Carlyle in 2016, Mr. Bouyer was a Managing Director at Blackstone, where he spent ten years as a member of the European Real Estate group and contributed to a variety of acquisitions, disposals, financings, restructurings and asset management transactions with a total investment value of more than €4 billion. Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Bouyer worked at Lehman Brothers.
Mr. Bouyer received an MSc in management from HEC business school in Paris, where he majored in finance. Mr. Bouyer also holds a master’s in international management from the Community of European Management Schools (CEMS).
Vikram Lokur is a Managing Director and Head of Asia Pacific Investor Relations for Global Private Equity. Based in Singapore, he focuses on new business development and raising capital for Carlyle’s various investment partnerships, including funds and co-investments, across the Asia Pacific region. He also serves as the Responsible Manager for Carlyle Australia Equity Management Pty Limited. Since joining Carlyle in 2014, he has been actively involved in the Firm’s new business development and strategic partnership efforts in Asia.
Mr. Lokur has over 25 years of experience across private equity, investment banking and private wealth management in a career spanning New York, London, Mumbai, and Singapore. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Lokur was a Managing Director at MerSan Capital and Resource America in New York. He formerly served as Vice President at Credit Suisse First Boston (New York), prior to which he worked at Morgan Stanley (New York); and at SBC Warburg Dillon Read (London & New York) and Robert Fleming & Co. (London) in their Corporate Finance Divisions.
Mr. Lokur graduated with First Class Honours in Economics from the University of Buckingham, where he was the recipient of the Sir Ernest Cassel Educational Award. He has also studied Economics at Lehigh University; and St. Xavier’s College, University of Bombay.
