In 2020, he relocated to Singapore to expand his focus across the Asia Pacific region. Before CBRE, Tom was an entrepreneur in the F&B sector, successfully selling his business before entering real estate. His diverse background offers a unique perspective on the industry. With his new understanding of this alternative asset class, Tom has brokered numerous Data Centre development deals, ranging from 30MW to 300MW, and continues to seek opportunities in the Asia Pacific market.

Lim Mian is a Director for the Digital Infrastructure Advisory Practice in Asia Pacific. She has worked with operators, developers and investors, thereby developing a deep understanding of client needs in this asset class. Mian led multiple data centre engagements, and these studies span supplydemand market mapping, key trends including AI and cloud adoption, opportunity sizing, pricing analysis, opex and capex benchmarking as well as site level due diligence. She also co-leads the Investor Advisory practice which is focused on alternative and emerging asset classes - one of which is digital infrastructure. She has been instrumental in shaping data centre strategies in the region, and is trusted by both investor and occupier clients.
