2021 Asia Pacific REITS and Infrastructure Trusts Week Day 1

Even as the region continues to make headway in minting new REIT markets, the securitization of assets is also accelerating to include infrastructure. The inaugural session of APREA’s REITs and Infrastructure Trusts Conference opened on April 7th, with over 30 industry leaders and more than 600 across the world in attendance.

Held to coincide with APREA’s move to forge a more expansive corporate identity with the industry’s evolution, the event marked a new milestone in the association’s corporate history as it celebrates 15 (or 16?) years in advocacy to advance the interests of the real estate investment community.
