Data Centres Charting a New Growth Wave in India
Data Centres were recently designated as ‘Infrastructure’ in India. There is huge capital in the form of equity and debt either committed or waiting for deployment opportunities in this sector. This is further augmented by efforts of compliance with data localization policy of India by several large cloud, technology and enterprise players.
With an experience of over 18 years, Devi has worked in the entire gamut of investments from private equity, investment banking and structuring. With this wealth of all-round exposure, in her current role at Anarock Capital, she heads Industrial and Data Centers focusing on investment banking, land acquisition and colocation sales. Devi’s previous stints include ASK, JLL, Deloitte and KPMG where she worked in different roles focusing on the real estate sector in India. Devi is a Chartered Account, Chartered Financial Analyst and an MBA (Hons) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
