Taking Responsibility

Ruben Langbroek is Head of Asia Pacific for GRESB, an investor-driven organization committed to assessing the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance of real assets globally. He is responsible for the strategic development of GRESB in the region, by enhancing GRESB’s relationship with institutional real estate investors, property companies, fund managers and key industry stakeholders. Ruben has over 15 years of experience in (institutional) real estate investments. He holds Master degrees both in Building Engineering and in Real Estate, Investments.

GRESB is the environmental, social and governance (ESG) benchmark for real assets. Working in collaboration with the industry, GRESB defines the standard for sustainability performance in real assets, providing standardized and validated ESG data to more than 90 capital providers, representing over USD 22 trillion in institutional capital.
