Gerry is the CEO of the manager of CapitaLand China Trust (CLCT). He is responsible for leading and driving CLCT’s strategy, growth, and performance and overseeing day-to-day operations. Gerry has a track record of driving strategic growth and value creation with over 20 years of experience across investment, divestment, asset management, project development and capital markets.

Gerry was previously Managing Director, REIT Investments at CapitaLand Ascott Trust where he was responsible for investment strategies and portfolio management. Before that, he held several leadership positions within CapitaLand Group.
