Christos Misailidis is the Chief Strategic Partnerships Officer and Head of APAC for Blueground. With over two decades of experience, Christos leads both the Asia Pacific region and the company's global expansion through partnerships like JVs, Franchise, Management agreements.

Prior to joining Blueground, Christos was the CEO - Asia Pacific & Middle East for IWG for six years. There he led 35 countries, including large markets such as China, Japan, India and Australia, and areas of major importance for the global economy, such as Hong Kong, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates.

Christos spent the majority of his career at Adecco - joining the company in 2000 as a Commercial Manager before becoming the Country Manager for Greece. In 2008 he took over the position of Regional CEO for Adecco covering Eastern Europe, Middle East and North Africa with operations in17 countries. Under his supervision the company gained significant market share in all 17 countries, enjoying in parallel high levels of profitability.

Christos Misailidis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Athens University of Economics, an MBA from Portsmouth University and certificates from both INSEAD and IMD Senior Leadership Programs.
